At Hayat by Ladli, we strive to ensure that every order reaches you in perfect condition

Returns

  • Returns are accepted only if the product is received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • An unboxing video is mandatory to process any return or replacement request.
  • Products must be unused and in their original packaging.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only if a replacement is unavailable.Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Personal likes or dislikes.
  • Ordered by mistake.
  • Color variation due to screen settings or photography.
  • Minor variations in handcrafted or fashion jewelry.
  • Used, worn, damaged, or altered products.
  • Sale, clearance, promotional, or discounted items.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
  • Prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch will be refunded within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.

Gifts

If a product was purchased as a gift and delivered directly to the recipient, any eligible return or replacement request will be processed according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Refunds, if approved, will be issued only to the original payment method used during the purchase. We do not offer gift credits or gift certificates.

Gift items are also subject to the same return eligibility conditions, including mandatory unboxing video requirements and reporting the issue within 48 hours of delivery.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
  • Orders returned due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or failed delivery attempts may require additional shipping charges for re-dispatch.
